About ARC Vets
Established in 2016, ARC Vets is a proudly independent, NZ family-owned referral practice with two world-class hospitals in Auckland – and we’re about to take the next big step. In early 2028, we’ll be opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital in Wellington, equipped with the same advanced facilities as our Auckland sites – including on-site MRI. This is your chance to be part of building something special from the ground up.
We’re a veterinary-led, 24/7 team of specialists across surgery, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, oncology, dermatology, and critical care. ARC North also offers hydrotherapy, and both Auckland hospitals are proud holders of ISFM Gold Cat Friendly Accreditation.
Our hospitals are purpose-built for excellence, with dedicated spaces for cats and dogs and technology that includes a full in-house laboratory suite, multiparameter monitoring, digital radiography, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, endoscopy, mechanical ventilation, high-flow oxygen, and CT and MRI. We combine cutting-edge medicine with a culture of genuine care – for patients, families, and each other.
